Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel recently. The location was perfect, very central and easy to access all the attractions in the area. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with any requests. I also loved the fact that they offered free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

There were a few things that let the experience down. The rooms were not very well maintained and had a strange odour.

However, even though the staff was nice, the room was in poor condition. Neg: Unfortunately, the room was not well-maintained, with mold on the walls and a musty smell that made sleeping difficult.
